These Terms govern your use of the Kahraba ON/OFF mobile application and website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who operates the service
Kahraba ON/OFF is operated by project shareholders Karl Chkeiban and Maroun El Hage. Karl Chkeiban is the Apple App Store account holder and iOS seller; Maroun El Hage is the Google Play developer and Google publisher/payments account holder. Both accounts publish the same Kahraba ON/OFF service.
The service
Kahraba ON/OFF provides electricity-status information, history, statistics, region monitoring, notifications, support, and optional subscription features. Availability depends on supported regions, network connectivity, device settings, data sources, and the plan available to your account.
Status information and notifications are provided for convenience and may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the service for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, medical equipment, or protection of property.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate account information and keep access to your phone and account secure.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods that harm availability.
- You may delete your account from the app settings.
Plans, purchases, and renewals
Kahraba Free, Plus, and Pro features are described in the app and may change as the service evolves. Eligible new users may receive a temporary Welcome Gift. Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple or Google using their official in-app purchase systems. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the applicable store's terms and settings.
Optional rewarded advertisements
Supported Free versions may offer optional rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Advertising is not available in every published version or region. Any stated reward is provided only after the advertisement provider reports successful completion, subject to technical availability and applicable privacy choices.
Notifications and third-party services
Notifications require a compatible device, internet connectivity, a valid notification token, and permission from your operating system. Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed. Some features rely on Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and eWeLink. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Independence
Kahraba ON/OFF is an independent service and is not an official application of Électricité du Liban (EDL), Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, or eWeLink. References to third-party names identify compatible services or data sources and do not imply endorsement.
Changes and availability
We may update the application, supported regions, plans, features, or these Terms to maintain and improve the service. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and may also be communicated through the app.
